Recycling process:
1. Pre-shredding / chopping (chipper / chopper)
Shred / chop the cables into small pieces before granulating them.
2. Granulation (in granulator)
The granulator, an important part before the separation, cuts the
cable so small that the wires are disengaged from the insulation;
3. Separation and dedusting (in the separator)
The granules are separated into metals and insulating materials by
separation of air assisted by vibrating separation. A specially
designed dust collection system will be used to collect all the
dust caused.
Features:
1. It can handle single, double or multiple core, twisted or
entangled wires and wires, with or without plug. The max Dia. for
double-core and multicore cables, 20 mm. For single wires, the
minimum diameter should be 0.2mm.
2. The shredder / chopper can turn in the opposite direction during
blocking. When the granulator is overcurrent, the conveyor stops
automatically.

4. This machine adopts air separation and vibrating in dry
processing mode equipped with a dust collecting system.
5. The machine is controlled by the most advanced PLC control
system by pressing the Start and Stop buttons.

their lifespan can be at least six months or longer.
